Registration Check List:
- Upload, print, fill out and sign the medical release waiver located to the right.
- Scan or take a pic of the completed form to upload on the registration page next. OR You may choose to bring the hard copy to the first event. (MUST be turned in prior to playing!)
- Choose below which league you are interested in attending.
- You may enter a league outside of your primary residence.
- If you enter events in multiple leagues you will need to register in each respective league.
- Only 1 medical release waiver is required.
- Email smorris@lagtour.com for pricing on multiple league events.
